These neon glow party garlands are easy to hang and they quickly transform your plain room into a magical glow party. Your kids will think you are the coolest parent in the world for finding such colorful glowing decorations. And, as a bonus, you can be pleased knowing that the garlands are durable and can be reused over and over in case your other children want a glow party in the future.
Please note that these garlands do not glow in the dark on their own. You will need a black light to reflect on the garlands so that they fluoresce. The garlands are made from neon poster board that fluoresces like crazy under black light.

Garlands require a black light to glow. They are UV reflective and fluoresce under black light.
All garlands are handmade by me in my shop. They are not a resold import from overseas.
I punch circles from fluorescent neon pink, green, orange, yellow and blue pasteboard and sew the garlands into strands of specific lengths with strong, quality thread.
The strand design layout is three 1" circles followed by one 2" circle, followed by three 1" circles, etc.
The blue dots in this listing are double-sided with purple on the other side. The purple does not fluoresce and the blue does not fluoresce as much as the other colors. These garlands are especially great if you will not be using blacklight, but will be doing a daylight neon party. If you will be using blacklight for most of your party, you may want to consider this garland listing with white dots. The white paper is extremely reflective and glows blue under blacklight:

•••HOW TO ORDER•••
Choose the set that best suits your needs. Shorter strands work well hanging dangling from a regular-height ceiling (see photo 9). Longer strands work well draped across walls (see picture 5), hung as a backdrop behind a food or gift table, used across the front of a food table. (see picture 8), or hung dangling from a high ceiling (see picture 10).
Neon green, yellow, orange, pink, and blue are used for these garlands and are the only colors that can be used since they are the only colors that fluoresce. However, if you would like only certain colors used, or if you want pink left out for a boy glow party, please note these instructions in the "personalization" box.
Garlands come in sets as listed. Use the quantity menu to choose multiples of the sets. For example, by choosing 2 as the quantity of the "four 6-foot strands" you will receive eight 6-foot strands. By choosing 3 as the quantity of the "four 6-foot strands" you will receive twelve 6-foot strands.

Hi! I'm Beth from Paper Dot Party Spot, and I'm so glad you are visiting my shop.
I've been a seller of paper party decorations on Etsy for over 15 years and have just made the addition of my Goa Imagine shop here.
When I first began paper crafting, my shop was called Beth's Card Creations and I sold handmade greeting cards. My shop began to evolve into a paper party store a few years in, and I now create all sorts of unique paper garlands, cupcake toppers, banners, centerpieces, and more. To reflect the change in goods sold, I changed my shop name this year to Paper Dot Party Spot.
Although you could get all of your party supplies at your local party store, here are the three things that make my party supplies special.
Customizeable party decorations
All my decorations can be personalized with custom colors to fit your color scheme or to surprise the guest of honor with his or her favorite colors. Names can be added to banners, and pictures can be added to cupcake toppers (especially nice for a milestone birthday or wedding anniversary). Garlands can even be ordered in custom lengths to fit the size of your venue.
Affordable party decorations
All of my decorations are made with quality 65lb card stock. Decorations made from card stock tend to be more affordable than decorations from other materials and they provide greater color options than other materials.
Reuseable party decorations
All of my decorations are packaged well so that you can pack them back up and reuse for other parties. My garlands are packaged in resealable plastic bags so that you can easily remove them and quickly hang them to decorate your venue. When the party is over, you can pack them away again to reuse for another party. Garlands pack flat and are easy to store.
Oh, and did I mention glow parties? Party decor that fluoresces under black light is my specialty. Shop Policies
Processing time is currently 4-6 days. Mailing time varies by state, but is generally 4-6 days.
Returns are not accepted for custom made items. This includes garlands that were made with specially requested colors, and cake toppers, banners, and cupcake toppers with added names or ages.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are not custom-made. This includes garlands that are standard colors in my shop, ie. graduation garlands in school colors, and most baby shower raindrop garlands that have not been made with special colors that the buyer requested. Items must be in the same packaging and in the same condition as they were when sent.
Refunds are for the item cost only, Shipping cost is non-refundable. This means the shipping that I paid to ship to you, as well as the shipping price you paid to send back is non-refundable.
