This large neon banner is customized with your message! It is colorful by daylight so you can use it without black light. Under black light UV lighting, though, this banner fluoresces like crazy. Use it for HAPPY BIRTHDAY with an added name, or to label parts of your glow party, like FOOD BAR, of PHOTO BOOTH.
This banner comes customized with the words or numbers you choose. It's easy to order! Just count the letters or numbers in the phrase you want and use the pull-down menu above to select the correct match. Write the message you want for your banner in the personalization box when checking out. Examples: HAPPY BIRTHDAY (is 13 letters, so choose 13 from the pull-down menu) HAPPY SWEET 16 EMMA (is 16 letters -- each number counts as one-- so choose 16 from the menu)
The letters and pennants are hand cut in my shop. It is also strung by hand onto black ribbon.
Pennant backing is made from black 65lb card stock and measures 5.5" across by 8.25" long.
Letters are cut from neon fluorescent poster board and measure 3.5" high. Width varies by letter.
Letters are glued to the pennant backing and banner is strung with black satin ribbon (or white, depending on availability).
Each word is hung on a separate line for you to hang one underneath the other. If you prefer one long string with many words, please message me so we can decide on how to space the words.
Banner does not glow in the dark on its own. If you want the banner to glow, you will need a black light (UV reflective light).

Hi! I'm Beth from Paper Dot Party Spot, and I'm so glad you are visiting my shop.
I've been a seller of paper party decorations on Etsy for over 15 years and have just made the addition of my Goa Imagine shop here.
When I first began paper crafting, my shop was called Beth's Card Creations and I sold handmade greeting cards. My shop began to evolve into a paper party store a few years in, and I now create all sorts of unique paper garlands, cupcake toppers, banners, centerpieces, and more. To reflect the change in goods sold, I changed my shop name this year to Paper Dot Party Spot.
Although you could get all of your party supplies at your local party store, here are the three things that make my party supplies special.
Customizeable party decorations
All my decorations can be personalized with custom colors to fit your color scheme or to surprise the guest of honor with his or her favorite colors. Names can be added to banners, and pictures can be added to cupcake toppers (especially nice for a milestone birthday or wedding anniversary). Garlands can even be ordered in custom lengths to fit the size of your venue.
Affordable party decorations
All of my decorations are made with quality 65lb card stock. Decorations made from card stock tend to be more affordable than decorations from other materials and they provide greater color options than other materials.
Reuseable party decorations
All of my decorations are packaged well so that you can pack them back up and reuse for other parties. My garlands are packaged in resealable plastic bags so that you can easily remove them and quickly hang them to decorate your venue. When the party is over, you can pack them away again to reuse for another party. Garlands pack flat and are easy to store.
Oh, and did I mention glow parties? Party decor that fluoresces under black light is my specialty. Shop Policies
Processing time is currently 4-6 days. Mailing time varies by state, but is generally 4-6 days.
Returns are not accepted for custom made items. This includes garlands that were made with specially requested colors, and cake toppers, banners, and cupcake toppers with added names or ages.
Returns are accepted within 30 days for items that are not custom-made. This includes garlands that are standard colors in my shop, ie. graduation garlands in school colors, and most baby shower raindrop garlands that have not been made with special colors that the buyer requested. Items must be in the same packaging and in the same condition as they were when sent.
Refunds are for the item cost only, Shipping cost is non-refundable. This means the shipping that I paid to ship to you, as well as the shipping price you paid to send back is non-refundable.
